GPT stands for "Get-Paid-To". You can simply get paid by doing some of many different online actions, complete offers, surf the web, read emails, click ads or even play online games, participate in community information/profit sharing just to name a few opportunities.
NOTE: *NEVER* pay to join any get paid to Web site. These Web sites make their money by getting a percentage of the offers you complete. If you run across a GPT or similar site (ex. paid surveys) that requires you to pay any fees to join. Never buy it!!! just look for another site with free registration.
The most commonly used program under GPT is what we call the PTC (Paid-To-Click), occasionally known as Paid To View. PTC involve the user to click on Ads, which in return give a certain creditation to the user by doing so for an amount of $0.01 up to $0.10, depending on the site that you're servicing for.
Normally, it takes months to get paid, because there is a minimum payout setting and you should be able to cope up with it. Even a $5 minimum payout is hard to reach since some PTC sites often offer a cent or half per click, so to get over it, you need to have referrals bywhich you can earn by having commission.

Ways To Avoid Scam
- Be cautious if dealing with individuals outside of your own country. Never trust a stranger.
- Be wary if the seller only accepts wire transfers or cash.
- Contact the financial institution on which a cashier's check was drawn to ensure legitimacy.
- Beware when money is required up front for instructions or products.
- Be watchful of spelling errors, grammar problems, or inconsistent information.
- Be cautious of emails requiring you to provide your personal and/or banking information.
- Be suspicious of any unsolicited email requesting personal information.
- Be cautious if you are asked to ship packages to an "overseas home office.
- Don't open and never respond to spam as this will confirm to the sender that it is a "live"or "active" email address. or else, they'll never stop sending you e-mails with different Account names.
- If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. (e.g., home based jobs to earn $200 in just an hour)
